Mentoring
I have always found relationship building to be at the core of my work. I have found that strong relationships provide a strong foundation to grow as a professional. It has been an honor to mentor many different young professionals over the years, many who have gone on to flourish in their field.

Coaching + Consulting
I have gotten into consulting as it relates to the design, construction and development of, thoughtful and innovative, early childhood facilities. I also have experience consulting in the areas of leadership coaching and organization assessment.
ECA Events
While I have done many speaking engagements, I have also begun hosting my very own ECA Conferences for Early Childhood leaders. The inaugural conference was held May 2023 at the ECLL. Follow ECA on Instagram or sign up for the email list to get updates on future ECA events.
