The key to being a good mentor is to help people become more of who they are - not to make them more like you.
I have always found relationship building to be at the core of my work. I have found that strong relationships provide a strong foundation to grow as a professional. It has been an honor to mentor many different young professionals over the years, many who have gone on to flourish in their field.
